Unlike most websites “created” by designers and design firms, Bezign Design’s websites are FULLY CUSTOMIZED, unless you decide to go with one of our template specials. This means that EVERY SINGLE ELEMENT is customized specifically to meet the needs of your business/organization! A complete website from start to finish is included in ALL of our website packages! Most packages come with a ton of features including several flashy elements! We take care of design, domain registration/setup, hosting, email setup, and the uploading of your files.
Our packages include one domain and hosting for the first year! You only pay one design fee with the initial package setup — after the first year, all you pay is a standard renewal for your domain and hosting account (renewal is optional and billed just once a year). Average yearly domain/hosting renewal ranges from $130 to $300 depending upon your space and/or bandwidth needs. Many of our clients also decide to purchase a yearly maintenance package to allow for a series of ongoing changes/updates and/or additions.
Some restrictions apply with regard to the website design/build process. For example, if revisions to any design elements are needed after the website layout is approved by the client, additional revision fees may apply. We like to compare making structural changes after the work is complete to something like a contractor moving a sink in your countertop. While it can certainly be done, there is a lot of extra labor to reroute the pipes, re-set the counter/opening, etc. In terms of copy or text for website pages, all text must be provided in electronic format in its complete and final form before website pages are created. This way, the website build can proceed quickly and efficiently rather than in a confusing and/or “piece-meal” fashion. It is the client’s responsibility to check text for typos and/or misspellings. If you need help with the text/copy for your pages just let us know and we’d be more than happy to provide you with our professional copyrighting services. All pictures must be provided by the client. The client must hold copyrights on images or receive appropriate approval(s) from the copyright holder(s) for use. Otherwise, we are happy to provide you with our photography services or with stock photos at very competitive rates if needed.
If you need additional features that you do not see listed in our packages or under our website design services, please ask us! We enjoy customizing to your needs! Again, the website package price is a One-Time Design Fee, with no Obligation to continue with our hosting after the first year if you are unsatisfied for any reason. We do not hold your domain and/or files hostage as many other designers do. You may ask us for your website files and/or domain authorization code at anytime after your package is fully paid. As your design partner, we offer full print design packages to enhance the image of your company/organization. The process will begin with a telephone or in-person interview to discuss your preferences for colors, shapes, and themes. We’ll ask you to provide us with your copy/text/content and/or any pictures you may want included. As soon as we receive your content, we design layouts, submit them to you for approval, prepare the files, and setup for printing.
The final designs, including formats for print, web, email, and/or office use, will be delivered to you via email or downloadable link with original, embedded, and/or outlined fonts, and PMS numbers (in case you’d like to have your designs printed on your own in the future). Upon ordering one of our design/print packages, we handle the process from start to finish for you (including professional printing). We offer a number of logo design packages to help establish the brand/image of your company/organization. The process will begin with a telephone or in-person interview to discuss your preferences for colors, shapes, and themes. We’ll ask you to provide us with examples of logos that you like to get a sense of your style preference(s). We’ll also ask you to create a list of words or terms that you might want associated with the logo design concept. We’ll also ask you to review our informational page on the five basic logo types so we know which type you are looking for. As soon as we receive this information, we will develop logo design concepts and submit them to you for approval. You may choose one of the logo concepts and request revisions to it if needed (such as shape, size, and/or placement adjustments). Once a final version is chosen, the last round of revisions might include color and/or font changes. The final PDF logo design file will be delivered to you via email or downloadable link with original, embedded, and/or outlined fonts, and PMS numbers (in case you’d ever like to have your designs printed). You may request various formats for print and/or web/email use.
