* Turn Around Time
Please keep in mind that we can only work as fast as a client allows us; turn-around time is client- dependent. If content is provided quickly, initial and on-going instructions are clear, and revisions requested are reasonable, turn-around time is usually very minimal. On the other hand it could drastically increase due to client in-actions, delayed approvals, back and forth change requests and so on. The majority of our clients have experienced a great turn-around time without buying our express service. PLEASE NOTE: The turnaround times that we give are based on averages of actual jobs we have done in the past and are NOT guaranteed.
** Express Service Option
Please be aware that exceptional quality service at a low cost requires sufficient turnaround time for revisions. The time needed could be anywhere from 2 to several business days per round of revision and dependant on complexity of revision requested, content, instructions, response time and input from client, and so on. However we understand that a faster turnaround is sometimes required to meet specific deadlines or events. For an additional fee on any package (with or without add-ons), we offer a guaranteed express service for a faster turn around. There is no loss in quality or creativity. However, PLEASE BE AWARE that the express service option is based on certain terms and conditions including but not limited to the fact that we CANNOT deliver the express service if multiple rounds of revisions are requested and that turnaround time starts only after we get all required content (pictures, text, instructions, and so on) in their final form. PLEASE NOTE: The turnaround times that we give are based on averages of actual jobs we have done in the past and are NOT guaranteed.
